I've had to put my life back together more times than I care to count. First after a fifth knee surgery ended my professional basketball career, another time when I walked away from college coaching not knowing what my next move would be, then again after nearly losing my life to domestic violence.

 

I've made several successful career pivots after a professional basketball career that earned me two WNBA Championships, a college coaching career where I took two teams from worst to first in my first years as head coach and eventually landed a spot coaching and training NBA hopefuls at the 2019 NBA Draft combine. I was able to leverage my award-winning coaching abilities into high visibility leadership development roles at both Amazon and Nike. I've delivered my signature career and leadership development program Own Your Greatness to mid and high level executives at Fortune 100 companies. None of this would have been possible without God placing the right mentors and coaches in my life to guide me and help me reach my fullest potential. That's what I want to do for you!
